We found this room excellent value for money as it is one of the cheapest we have stayed in, but was very clean and had modern rooms. The staff were friendly and the location is good for Chaweng beach.

Restaurant Tip: Don't pay extra to get breakfast included, all the rooms get a free breakfast anyway!

Decent price for a decent location in Samui. Breakfast is not served until 9am, which is late if you are trying to get out early in the morning for an activity. When we arrived at the hotel the two single beds had been pushed together and made as one bed, so we did have to wait about 15 minutes for the room to be made up correctly. Quite hotel, it seemed as though we were the only guests

I stayed 2 nite with my friends here is good place to stay not expensive and good location.

Restaurant Tip: a lot of seafood restaurant closed to here and also can walk to find food to eat such as seafood, or other Thaifood...

It is the little things that make a good hotel great. Remembering your name, passing you an umbrella when you weren't expecting rain and making up your room without having to ask. Not to mention, having beach towels in a handy basket. The location was great, being right on the veach and close to restaurants and markets. Attention to detail is what will have me returning

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There are many tours that you can go on. Dependent on the time of year you go, you can haggle with the price.

Great hotel for location, value & staff

The staff is fantastic, extremely courteous and helpful, nice beach, good location for shopping and restaurants

First visit to Koh Samui, although I've traveled pretty extensively in Thailand. Nice beaches, decent diving and fishing, nightlife good, and nice and quiet in October/early November. Food at the hotel is very good, plenty of tour groups and activities on offer, and we made a great connection with their golf tour guy, Greg. Very enjoyable. The rooms are not great, but perfectly adequate since you're not there to hang out in your room. The bed was quite comfortable, Wi-Fi was a little weak, the pool was nice. Easy walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. Overall great experience for the price (about $70 US per night)

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Golf with the hotel's tour contact guy Greg was excellent, he showed up on time to transport us, and we rented clubs from him also, which were nice clubs. A little pricey, but Greg made it worthwhile with prompt and courteous service
