I was so surprised when i reached the hotel. The hotel is well decoration with christmas environment. The receptionists were polite and helpful. They did explain to me what is the main attraction in HCM. They gave me the brocher with detail. The room was clean and comfort. In the morning, the hotel prepared delicious food to us.

Walking distance to a number of the city's features: Reunification Palace, cathedral, opera house, Ben Thanh market/night market. The hotel has friendly staff & an "extra bed" for the third person is a real bed not an uncomfortable cot or rollaway bed. Breakfast is adequate but not as delicious as other food we had in restaurants.

They are very rude but maybe they have to follow the hotel's policy. The management of the hotel is not that good. Restaurant Tip: There is a stall on the right of the hotel. Walk up the road (beside the hotel) for 2 mins and you can see many people sitting and eating there. Remember to keep in mind the price of the food you order. They charge tourist double compare to the locals.

Well presented and located in the old market quarter. The rooms were adequate and clean. Linen was changed daily If I wished to stay in the old quarter in the future, I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Nice hotel with big room Overall service, breakfast buffet 8.7 It's getting old, but still remains as one of the best value hotels in Hanoi. Internet is free, big room, very tasty breakfast buffet.. Highly recommended.

Very laxuary and comfotable hotel Good hotel with kind staff 6.7 All staffs are very kind and nothing is left to be desired for me. Room is big enough (actually much bigger than I expected). Taxis waiting us are maybe selected because cars are clean and drivers are good. It's very helpful for us. I took a breakfast in Club Lounge but it was not so good. Beers are charged (even in Club Lounge). Thus, I found no grounds to stay Club Room.

Good hotel good location 8.3 It is the first time I stay in this hotel even though I have heard alot about the hotel, it is good for 5 star standard. It has great location, beautiful park and the good views. Also the things I like is there are so many restaurants especially Japanese restaurants on the opposite roads that you only need to walk even in a minute and you can enjoy brunches of restaurants especially for those who like Japanese food. However, the only thing that I did not satisfy was the internet of the hotel is really not good, wifi at the loby is terrible, need to improve this matter.
