Goh K.OtherMalaysia, December 03, 2012	"Lovely hotel and great location" Many food stalls around the hotel 7 The service of the hotel is good and the staff are with smiling except the two waitress in the restaurant. They are very rude but maybe they have to follow the hotel's policy. The management of the hotel is not that good. Restaurant Tip: There is a stall on the right of the hotel. Walk up the road (beside the hotel) for 2 mins and you can see many people sitting and eating there. Remember to keep in mind the price of the food you order. They charge tourist double compare to the locals.
Archie M.OtherAustralia, November 27, 2012	Presentable Hotel in good location in old town Staff were friendly and building was modern 7.3 A well presented building with friendly staff who were multi lingual and eager to please. Well presented and located in the old market quarter. The rooms were adequate and clean. Linen was changed daily If I wished to stay in the old quarter in the future, I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.
