Marnisa S.Family with older childrenThailand,November 11, 2012	Good location, great view and wonderful service location 8.7 It was our first time here and we were impressed with the location of the hotel which was near the beach and Kao Takiab, and convenient to go around to other areas of Hua Hin. The room was very spacious,well-decorated and really good for a family stay. The staffs here were all very pleasant and their service was great. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Shuttle bus available to Cicada market

You will get both mountain view (kaotakiab) and sea view. Staff is very nice and polite. Room is clean. Very minor thing - buffet breakfast line is quite small. it was a bit chaos. both staff and guests were crowded in that little corner and food is running out so quick. however, with all the good things at Anantasila, this problem can be ignored.
Philip A.Family with older childrenThailand, October 25, 2012	Lovely hotel in a wonderful setting Quiet location on a lovely beach 9 Having stayed mainly in the heart of Hua Hin on previous visits we decided to stay, this time, in the Anantasila - which is situated in the backdrop of "monkey mountain" at the southern end of the resort. Located in a sheltered bay with beautiful beaches, we found that this was a perfect spot to find peace and tranquility, whilst still only a short tuk tuk ride for our teenage boys to get into the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin itself. There were a discreet number of watersports on the beach, together with pony rides, which pleased our 6 year old. Buffet breakfast was very good, but we were disappointed with the a-la-cart breakfast on the second day. The bar/restaurant prices are very competitive and half price on all drinks during 'happy hour' make it a 'must' to be there between 1700 and 1800hours! Our rooms were nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable, although the plumbing in our room was showing its age! All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We only had one problem-a light bulb which needed replacing-and this was done within minutes of reporting it.
